providing a unique forum for debate and discussion with experts and

14th Annual IRF Executive Seminar on Contract Maintenance

develop as more and more transportation agencies become involved in
this activity. The process is being recognized as an effective strategy
to perform highway maintenance newly constructed facilities as well as

IRF commitment to provide technology transfer and training to the
highway community worldwide, this annual seminar will be held for the
14th consecutive year.
